re-watching the revival series I really wish Rory could've broken up with Logan for good in Summer with that phone call instead of meeting up with the Life and Death Brigade again in Fall

Exactly, but it wasn't her intention to do that. It was all at Logan's instigation....because if it was going to end it was going to be on his terms....as is the usual

The problem is, that after that meeting, it will never end.
She is stuck not only with Logan but also with Mitchum (and Shira) for the rest of her life.

I know a lot of people say that Tristan was like the prototype for Logan but I actually prefer Tristan more than Logan overall as a character and his interactions with Rory are more enjoyable than Logan's

plus I like the Mary nickname more than Ace

I'm probably kinda biased cause I also like CMM in a bunch of other shows/movies I've seen him in
