Oh really? I didn't know it had been taken down. Huh. So are they not a tribute and he was just being silly saying that in order to sell his album?

im not 100% but i looked for the quote to show someone a little while later and it seems to be gone. even if he did think that as he wrote the songs (did he even write them?) im thinking there might be some contract issues with that. i cannot see ASP or other higher ups being ok with him saying that, and lets face it, mostly just so that he could sell his stuff

I remember reading something were he said the song reminded him of Luke/Lorelai's relationship, not that it was written in Luke's POV. Well, whatever, I guess I can understand him trying to get the fans of his acting to give his singing a try. I gave it a listen and thought it was okay, just not my type of music.
