1. Because he skipped his daughter's graduation ceremony
2. Because he ignored Rory's request to stay away from Lorelai
3. Because he tries to buy their love
4. Because the more he explains himself, the more he needs to explain himself
5. Because he cares more about money than his grandfather dying
6. Because even though he wanted to do the right thing with Gigi, he still didn't know her
7. Because he showed up at FND and upset all three Gilmore Girls
8. Because he said the best day of his life was his first kiss with Lorelai
9. Because he didn't give Rory his number when he moved to Boston
10. Because he couldn't even buy her a dictionary on his first visit to Stars Hollow

One thing I dislike about the shipper, appreciation, and anti threads is how people don't get to talk to each other. And sometimes it gets boring - although unfortunately we're not boring here these days, we're heartbroken and bewildered and pissed as hell.
