I love both scenes.

I love that he's able to get them so fast. I also love Lorelai's "Dean" impersonation. I just loved their trio dynamic so much. They were a happy, funny, nutty bunch!

I don't know if he just had great timing but Dean connected with the Gilmore women better than any of their other boyfriends I think!

He had the Gilmore's routine down. When they wanted ice cream, what kind of movies you could talk through. At what times there needed be a Gilmore Girl moment. He just had it down. Then he was explaining it to Max

Also the scene in S4 when Dean knows the in joke between Lorelai and Rory by taking a 0.3 micro second look at the flower pin.

And Rory saying, "You know me well" to which he replies, "Yes, I do."

Oh, I love them. Even when they weren't dating they were adorable.
The Donna Reed ep was so cool in this sense, Rory and Lorelai grilling Dean. Hee.

love the last cap. perfect scene and classic Rory/Dean awkward moment. I love how he was "wooing" her. so classy. although in the sense its also sad because yet again she only reacted when she was about to loose him

I'll never forget watching the first season for the first time. I can't even describe how incredible that experience was for me.

The deer in the headlights look is SO Rory.

I just how Alexis Bledel played Rory to perfection that first season.

That is one of the best GG episodes EVER. Season 1 is a catalog of perfect episode.

When Lorelai calls the Headmaster "Il Duce" and says Max dissed the school and Max almost dies and....... AHHHH, Lorelai Gilmore, I love you so, you amazing woman...

I was both rooting for Lorelai there and just laughing and laughing at her hysterical rant. It was great because she was probably incredibly shocked to get a call that Rory was in trouble.

When this show was good, it was brilliant.
