I'm just re-watching the show right now and yesterday I saw the termite-episode and while it's actually rare (not impossible) that I'm Team Emily when it comes to these two, Lorelai is really annoying in this episode.

In all honesty, there was a point when I thought "Come on Emily, just let the house break and let them end homeless, it's clearly what Lorelai wants". How stubborn and naive and arrogant can one person be in one single episode? Urgh.

^Lorelai was VERY frustrating in that episode. Sometimes her pride outweighed any sense and you wanted to strangle her!

Whenever Emily is made to look like the one with sense, you begin to question your character loyalties.
