The phone call in Fall was a wonderful scene. I'm glad there was some healing for Lorelai and Emily.

The phone call teared me up and I liked that they mirrored the pilot and I think Lorelai asking for money "just like that" shows their growth. However they could've done so much more with them. The therapy was wasted. They talked about Lorelai getting pregnant at 16 over and over???? Well maybe 32 years ago, but not on screen.
The funeral scene was spot on (on the patio) but them not talking for month, then Lorelai finds Emily in jeans, suggest therapy and she agrees after thinking about it for 3 seconds??? Do we remember her opinon about psychologists? I hate that we never see them really talking. As soon as Michel mentioned the spa I was like, yes, that was Emily's idea as well, How cool would it be Emily and Michel at the spa - another wasted opportunity. So yes I am grateful to see them get along, but it could've been way better. __________________

I agree that the therapy could have been used a lot better though it provided some comic relief but I wish to know more

Yes, when she was searching for a way to continue FND. And since sadly in her eyes Lorelai only comes when she has to, she wanted to create another loan situation.

It's a shame they skipped that but it was also nice to see that Lorelai didn't hate to ask her mother for money.. It was easier for her?
