I can definitely agree with that one. And honestly it sounds most like Lorelai. I'm currently working in retail while I'm not in college for the semester and by the time I get home there's no way I feel like cleaning up my room after dealing with messy and disrespectful customers all day. I too, love to leave work at work.

It was just unfortunate that that moment had an underlying sadness to it. I mean, it was an interesting dynamic because within that sadness there was a happiness when Lorelai realized how wonderful and truly loving & supportive Luke is to know she wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
 I forgot, does anyone know the story behind that cross necklace? Because we all know Lorelai wasn't the most religious person on the planet. __________________

When they came back from Europe there were rosary beads with the souvenirs and Lorelai said she wanted to keep them for herself to wear, so maybe she just like crosses? (Episode S4, Ballroom and Biscotti)
