The title refers to Lorelai’s shirt and hat in In the Clamor and the Clangor. There are no caps now to show you, but I don’t know if anyone needs to see them. They were just plain ugly. That’s okay though, 99.9% of the time her wardrobe absolutely rocks.

We do still love her right? I'm completely convinced Lauren was taking part in some crazy hazing ritual that required her to don not only a dumb hat like Alexis and Liza, but also "the sweater."

I liked this sweater though, it looked good with her red jacket.



Definitely too hot for a funeral. Although, the hat kind of offset it, totally distracting from her hotness.


She looks like she has to tinkle. LOL!

I'm going to live in denial and pretend that this is a crawfish and consider it a shout out. You know what was cool? They gave her bed-head hair. She's usually pretty coifed in those types of scenes, this was more realisitic.

Dorothy, season 4 has been lacking in a lot of the good types of JJ scenes this season, we've had a lot of bickering and a little banter. Last week was awesome in that respect though, and hopefully a sign of more to come.

Whoa, I don't know where I was, until I saw the cap, but what the heck is Lorelai doing wearing that to a funeral? It's a mini-MINI dress. Thank goodnes for that hat, for real, and for Rory's faux-crying to distract me. That is inappropriate, Lorelai! You had better watch out, because Stan may awake from his permanent sleep just to see you in that short a dress, geez!

Finally, you guys see what I was getting at! I mentioned before that Lorelai's dress was a bit too hot for the funeral.. and the given snowy weather outside. When I first saw what she was wearing, I thought maybe she had some hot date with Jason later! Lorelai looks good, though I was wondering why they would have Lorelai wear a mini to a funeral.

It's funny how the writers, director and costumer would pick that mini dress for a funeral. Did they really think it was appropriate for a funeral, or a sly way to get Lauren in a sexy number?

Or was this the way they made it up to Lauren for losing that bet and having to wear that fugly shirt at the end? [img]smilies/look.gif[/img]
