I always imagined that Rory and Jess meet up where it all began in Stars Hollow... Maybe at LL wedding (even though im not that a fan of those two)... or something to that affect.

Yeah, I always thought they'd meet up at LLs wedding and then they'd start hanging out and they'd slowly find their way back to each other

I just wish that the kiss in Truncheon would have been like a wake-up call for Rory. Jess showed in that moment that he wanted to be with her and why would he believe anything other than the fact that she wanted to be with him? She drove 3 hours from Hartford to Philly to see him for gods sake! She is so disillusioned with Logan, but at least she realizes eventually. I like to think that either during/after her campaign trail her and Jess would eventually find eachother again.

Also, on that note. I always struggle with what Jess says to Rory before she leaves, "If it makes you feel better you can tell him that we did something." WHY does he say that!? I just don't get it. I know I must be an idiot. Will someone shed light on this?

I think he just wanted to see her happy, wether she found happiness with him or with someone else, and after the kiss rory told Jess that Logan cheated on her, and that she couldn't even cheat on him the way he did, like saying she wanted to get back at Logan, so Jess probably thought that telling Logan something happened between him (Jess) and Rory would be a good way to get back at Logan (for rory) and most important, would make rory happy

Thanks, yeah. I think I get it. I suppose I never thought that his ultimate goal by saying that was to fufill Rory's happiness and let her 'get back' at Logan. He's so selfless! lmagine a girl that you love standing there, after you kissed her, telling you that she loved someone else! Right there she should have realised what an idiot Logan is!

I loved that, that scene is just another proof of how much he loves her, he was willing to let her go, he wanted her to be happy wether she stayed with him or not, i wish she would have realized that Logan wasn't the right guy for her

she belongs with Jess

I think Rory always knew Logan wasn't the right guy for her, she just needed a defining moment where it was perfectly clear.

but i'm glad that she rejected his proposal, now she's free to be with Jess

Yea that was awesome! Jess was awesome.. he really grew up in that season.

he really grew up, but he still was the same Jess IMO, just more mature. I love LMHYBRO, that episode is great IMO, rory was so happy to see Jess again, more than she ever was since S6 begun.

Same! I still picture them getting together after running into each other at the LL wedding.

I agree, Jess grew up so much between S4 and S6. He's a lot more stable now, and really, that's only thing that drove Rory away. Now they can have their happily ever after.
