I'm pretty convinced that things with R/L will be completely done by the end of the revival. Its just if we get the Jess stuff we want that concerns me at this point.

I don't think the true key of Rory's arc will be shown in episode one.

And if you think about season two... Jess isn't in the first episode. But his character gradually stole that season plot 😎

I feel Rory's arc will be more or less what Amy planned for her in season 7 - she's just 10 years older - and it will be mainly about her love life but it always was and ASP is kidding herself if she thinks it wasn't. The only thing really new for Rory will be her career stuff. I feel that it might be repetative but if I get a hint of R/J getting together at the end, I'm more than willing to put up with that!

I think both Lorelai and Emily's storylines will have more meat and originality to them.

I figure if there's an episode for Jess not to be in, Winter's the best one for that. I don't care if Jess has less screentime than Logan, I just want the RJ scenes to be high quality. It was like that in the show too, RJ had the least amount of time together but their scenes were always worth it. And as long as RL don't actually end up together, there's been more than enough of their crap.

WOW. This is just beautiful and ended with a new scene!

What an amazing couple. If ASP wrote them to not be endgame, I was definitely fooled. I just can't imagine what else she meant by the way Season 6 ended for them. "It's what it is: you... me." That statement was NEVER a definitive end to me. Rather, it left the door wide open. However, I did feel it was going to be years before they walked through it again. Both had to mature.

Which is what we have occuring tomorrow. That door opening again.

Yeah, I've said something likely yesterday or so in the previous thread.
I've always had my personal view on R/L plot in season 7 if ASP would have done it according to some clues on season 6. Judging what I Know for now my educated guess is Palladinos have changed what it's needed to be changed due time passed.
But the arc I think it's like they've planned back then.

That's about Logan but about Jess too.
At least they left his character in a position to be used again if Milo was available.

I'm looking forward to see Emily and Lorelai interaction.
That's what interested me more.
If I don't talk much about it, it's only becouse I'm sure ASP will take care of it. It's the main issue of the show and it was left without any real answer by the previous finale.
Above all I want the revival to resolve that.

I want it to be Friday already so I can stop stressing about this. But at the same time, as long as I don't know what happens, I can go on living in my happy bubble where everything is RJ all the time.
