I don´t like people speculating about Tony before Lauren even stepped on a stage. There will be more musicals and actress to consider. West Side Story has a premiere in March too and Anita to me has a more meaty role than Adelaide. I would be beyond happy if Lauren have won but it´s too early for that talk. It would be really stressfull for Lauren to know about these talks, like she has to fill some big expectation.

I didn't say she has to get it or will get it. I wrote that simply as a response to Craig's post and that article, cause apparently it was about her being snubbed for so many years.
I'm not expecting anything, it's just that i believe in her and wouldn't be suprised if she gets nominated.

I don't know why and maybe I'm the only one, but I totally can see Lauren in that role. She has proved us countless of times that she can do pretty much anything and I don't think this will be the exception.
Plus, she got the role for a reason right?

Yeah, there's that little part of me that is nervous for her in the role. But like was said, she got it for a reason. I honestly believe that if they didn't think she could pull it off, they wouldn't have cast her.

And I can see it. Stage acting always makes me a bit nervous in the first place, but I think I can see Lauren in the role

I´m kinda nervous about her role too...but I guess that´s normal with any new project. I wonder how nervous she must be. I honestly think she´ll do great because we know how talented she is....and wouldn´t be surprised if she gets nominated either You think she hasn´t thought about a Tony?

I don't think she did. This is a big role for her...and with roles like this actors always think they were not good enough, they could have done better, especially if they're not self conscious..
