They didn't, because of budgetary problems. And scheduling was probably a disaster as well.

I know. Just because Lorelai isn't her biological parent doesn't mean anything. She loves April like her own and wanted to help. Luke was just stubborn and wanted to handle it on his own.

Oh, thanks for the reply. That's a shame.

I'm sure that's why they had that scene in there, to show that that's still an ongoing issue with them and primarily Luke.

Good Question.... I hope She killed his pain and memories from that Day. Don't forget that Lorelai made Him to appear and to apologize for being so stupid 😉 and Lorelai was the first and only Person who has been involved from Luke

Well, could you see Luke give up his grumpiness for a constant cheery disposition? There are some things about Luke that'll never change but we (& Lorelai ) love him regardless.

I think she helped him be less sad about it. The grumpiness however.. But I think that's why she loves him too. Yin and Yang.

DEFINITELY. Luke and Lorelai having their troubles... but they have their ups too. They had a timing issue over the early years. And Lorelai always had Chris in her mind. She had to try it with him only to know what she really wanted. They needed Time. But at least They found the way back to each other

^ Yep, exactly. And the important thing is they're still growing as a couple. They'll have scary & troubling times ahead of them, but I firmly believe they're more mature and better equipped to handle them now.

Yeah. this is it for them. And now with Rory being pregnant and Chris not being in their lives much (from what I saw in the revival), it will bring a whole new set of challenges. But I can't wait to see them as grandparents! But at the same time I so see a new L/L/C triangle.
