I guess I just disagree and see things differently and I thought everything Lorelai said to Rory in the season 5 finale was on point

I think she actually did do a good job of trying to listen and reason with her daughter

and Lorelai actually did try to make the first move to restore the relationship and contact Rory at times like during the baptism episode but wasn’t able to

I do think she should’ve worked together with Richard though after he admitted that she was right all along in Welcome to the Dollhouse

It may have played out differently if Richard and Emily would’ve talked with Lorelai before they decided to have Rory stay there. That didn’t help things. They completely did a 180 after Lorelai had went to them.

Rory watching all the kids going back to school... You can tell shes not 100% happy with where she is. I think she made a brash decision and then didnt want to go back on it.

Michel and Sookie WERE SO EFFING ANNOYING! Why were they putting so much pressure of Lor to make all the wedding plans. They werent being good friends imo.

Luke was cute rushing around for Lorelai's dog. He clearly loves her.

The Lane/Rory scene was so cute. It was nice to see them finally getting a scene together.

The Lor/Rory awkwardness is hard to watch. Rory just seems so lost now. I did like that they talked a bit though.

I’m currently at exactly in the middle of the season in my re-watch where I know everything is about to fall apart soon for Luke and Lorelai

hard to get through this stuff but I stand by saying season 6 is one of my favorite seasons of the show more than seasons 5 and 7

it kind of blew my mind when I first saw that gifset how they were able to foreshadow that so early on

so when I watched that scene again in my re-watch this time it really stood out to me

re-watched Friday Night’s Alright for Fighting tonight

the Friday night dinner scene is one of my favorite scenes of the whole show (it’s so good - never get tired of re-watching it)

This episode was very blah to me. Seeing Rory getting involved with Emily and her lifestyle was not fun to see at all. I just don’t like this Rory.

Logan’s father was the entire reason why Rory left Yale. It sucks that he’s her boyfriends father.

It was cue that Luke didn’t even enjoy camping because he’d rather be with Lorelai.

Mitchum is the absolute WORST. He’s just so rude. I am glad Richard called him out.

Emily calling out Logan’s mom was amazing. One of my favorite moments ever.

This episode wasn't as good or memorable imo but I did love that Richard realized he needed to talk to Lorelai about Rory.

Logan/Rory were sweet in this episode. I thought the purse was ugly though .

Also, the street names stuff was kinda blah lol. Not a memorable episode.
