There are so many reviews out there, and some are saying the exact opposite of others.
Some people seem to have loved the last 4 words, some seem to be disappointed.

I can't stop thinking about these last four words, and I am going through possible 4 words scenarios , e.g.:

- "Will you marry me?"
- "Mom, I am pregnant"
- "Rory, I am pregnant"
- "I need more coffee"

Aw I love that interview! LMAO that Lauren blocked L/C getting married from her memory. I wish I could do that. It gives me nightmares. Also I guess that explains the Lorelai exercising with cans of soda in her hands lol.

I need a wedding at this point :/

Many reviewers did agree that it did not feel final and that it was going out "on it's on terms", Matt also added that he thinks it'll spark a heated debate.

I think what we do know is that Lorelai and Rory both share it, so it's either an exchange or they're echoing each other.

And I do think pregnancy is out of the question - Lorelai might not even be able to get pregnant at this stage and as these last words were supposed to finish season 7 or 8 back in the day, I don't think Amy would've had Rory be pregnant in her early 20's.

I think it will either be something completely nonsense or perhaps a surprise?

Like maybe it takes place right after L/L's wedding and Lorelai's like "I'm married!" And Rory's like... "me, too." and it's a WTF moment.

I don't know.

The final four words are supposed to be an exchange between Lorelai and Rory so they're both saying them.

The show has also always avoided the big moments so if someone were to be getting married I'm almost positive we wouldn't actually see it.

Yeah, it might end just before a wedding begins. Like with Sookie and Jackson's wedding.

Exactly, like at Emily/Richard's wedding vow renewal they skipped the actual ceremony except for what was important to the story arc (Christopher showing up a few moments late when L/L was being all lovey dovey) and then you just saw the reception.
