Max had his place, he gave Lorelai a chance and she backed out, I love how they ended it in S3 with Max leaving with dignity, unlike some others

I've always been some sort of Teacher's Pet. I liked Max and how he handled the sitaution with Lorelai,moreover I've always found Scott Cohen a really good-looking guy!

Well to be fair Rune was not the only guy who didn't fall at Lor's feet I felt Lor needed a guy like that who wouldn't fall at her feet or view her as a goddess. The way the other guys did I don't she should be with Rune though.
