Well I made a list on my site.

http://crazy-internet-people.com/sit...ls/awards.html

There were nominations for both the show and actors, and they won a few, but never the really big ones.

BTW - If I'm missing any or if there are errors please let me know.

Ausiello: Beats me, but had Gilmore Girls been back this season, she would've been (wait for it) spending time with ex-leading man Matt Czuchry! No lie. Czuchry recently confirmed to me that despite Rory and Logan's series-ending split, he quietly inked a new deal with the show last spring that — if Gilmore was renewed for an abbreviated, 13-episode eighth season — would've called for Logan to return. "Contractually, there was an agreement that I would come back for a certain amount of episodes," reveals the upcoming Friday Night Lights guest star, who insists TPTB didn't clue him in on why Logan would've returned. "I don't know [what would've happened], because those episodes were never written. There were a lot of hypotheticals about what those 13 episodes would be." At the very least, the return engagement probably would've given Rory-Logan a better send-off than the forced breakup we got. Looking back, even Czuchry concedes the duo's split felt rushed. "I felt like that particular episode, where he asks her to marry him and then they break up and it's done, just felt like too much at once considering that this relationship was something that had evolved over three seasons." That said, he acknowledges that Gilmore producers were in a tough spot creatively because "when they shot the episode, it wasn't known whether it was a season finale or a series finale. I think that if everybody would've known that it was a series finale, things would have went differently."

They wasted so much with Season 7 and hearing this makes me even more madder.
I would have loved to see Season 8.
Oddly, this news makes me feel better about the show, and not really mad at all.
Nice to know that the writers actually planned to follow through on the visual cues given in the R/L "maze ending" in 7.18 and that it wasn't a red herring.

PS: Merry Christmas, everybody!

BBC NEWS | Americas | Iowa wins for Huckabee and Obama
Quote:
Mike Huckabee and Barack Obama have won the Iowa caucuses - the first nominating contest of the 2008 US presidential election.

Mr Huckabee won for the Republicans, defeating Mitt Romney.

At the Democratic caucuses, Mr Obama won by a clear margin, defeating John Edwards, who edged Hillary Clinton into third place.

The Iowa caucuses can give big boosts to candidates' campaigns. The next contest is on Tuesday in New Hampshire.

Turnout in Thursday's caucuses rose markedly, particularly for the Democrats, with 239,000 Democrats taking part - up from 124,000 in 2004.

In the Democratic race, Mr Obama won 38% of the vote.

Mr Edwards and Mrs Clinton were almost level on around 30% with Mr Edwards just ahead.

"We are choosing hope over fear, we are choosing unity over division and sending a powerful message that change is coming to America," Mr Obama, who is vying to become the first black US president, told his supporters.
So I bet Rory's celebrating today

Hehe I went to some of Obama's speeches in the last few days right before the caucuses and the whole time I was thinking "awww Rory would be here... if she existed" I actually overheard someone else make a similar comment, it was kinda funny.

But I like to think she is having a miserable time I mean she is happy Obama won, but sad that she has no one to share it with.
