extreme boredom had me waiting for this as the midnight hour rolled around. from ausiello little tidbit about AiA and mc.

I don't think Matt has any contract with CW if he did he would have a show now

I agree. but on Gossip Girl there's the part of a brother of one of the teens, or so I heard. so that would have been a nice role.

Not that I know of. I only think he had a singular 1 year contract each year.

Okay I just learned that the thing about 'Gravity' right now (Possible Matt pilot) was put on hold, because of the showrunner leaving. It may be considered for the next pilot season, but that's not sure yet. So I think that pilot will remain on hold/in production as some sites put it, till that time.

That is not necessarily true. Milo had a holding contract with the WB and didn't have a series. I think in an old interview he said he was with the WB for 7 years.
If this isn't the case for MC we will probably see him pop up as a guest star on other network shows and if it is the case, we may see him guest or become recurring on the CW shows.

There were rumors on the Spoiler thread dating back months, that SP had a two-year contract, or option, with the WB. It came up every time people worried about Luke being there if the show went an eighth year.

Matt consistently told interviewers, that he'd love to do another year on GG "if they wanted him." I know this isn't definitive, but no one ever heard a whiff or hint that he had any kind of two-year or holding contract. Plus, it doesn't quite fit with what he said, and again, he seems to be pretty straightforward in interviews.

Shinystar, wasn't Gravity put on hold several months ago?

Good point, I'd forgot about those. Hope he at least gets a guest or recurring role somewhere, he deserves it.

In a list of her favorite, "Supporting actors and actresses whole stole the show", Mo Ryan on her Chicago Tribune blog (HERE) mentions Liza Weil and Kelly Bishop.

ETA - In addition, in her interactive chat (HERE), answering questions submitted by readers, she says about a GG movie "unlikely" - she hasn't heard anything and ASP has a new show, though she's pretty sure LG will return to TV, and about AiA, she also really liked it (though SP isn't mentioned).

i hope that Matt gets a recurring or guest star role and would like it to be on a network thats better then the CW but I will see Matt in anything. You Scott fans should consider your selves luckey you at least still get to see him. I don't think Matt has a contract with a CW because we haven't heard anything about them wanting Matt for an 8 season. I mean they were mostly focusing on the girls during the contract association

The other contracts would only come up once AB & LG would sign, so it makes sense that we didn't hear anything about other contracts.
There isn't much point in signing or discussing contracts when an 8th season may not happen at all.
