I got about 5 episodes in when I realized that there's absolutely nothing going on in this show except for everyone drinking coffee.

There are no funny jokes or any drama. Where is the conflict? Her car got hit by a deer...that's not conflict.

Overall supremely disappointed that I even wasted my time. Why do people even refer to this show so much, as if it's a good show??

If you have a contrasting opinion I'd love to her your side. Maybe you can convince me to give watching another try.

Aww that's a shame. I didn't mind season 1 but I didn't become a real fan until Jess appeared in season 2.

No not much action happens, but it's the magic of the town, the kookiness of the town locals, and the warm often frustrating relationships between the main characters that is so endearing to me and is the heart and soul of this show.

I adore the humour, and the style of the show does not change much at all over the series, so if you don't find it funny now, maybe it's not the show for you...but that's ok.
