I’m so happy to hear from you! Working is a good thing, especially at this time. I return to work in less than two weeks and I’m trying to prepare myself mentally for that. I’m thrilled to have a job but I’m gonna miss being with my parents and hugging them. We try and hug each other 3x a day.

Good to hear! Cleaning is necessary but it’s such a pain in the ass. Keep up the good work.

I'm really happy to be able to keep working, I don't know what I would've done if I couldn't. How are your parents doing? Tell them hi from me..

I hope this whole situation will be over soonish, it's really getting to me. I try not to think about it too much, but it's difficult..

I’ll tell them hi for you. I hope beyond hope that we’ll be able to travel again soon because I was really looking forward to your visit. It might be delayed a year or two but we’ll see each other again in the flesh. I’m sending you hugs to hang in there. It is a difficult time and this new normal is incredibly hard to adjust to but we have to push through the discomfort and frustration and pain. I’m here for you if you need to vent about it.

I really hope so too! I was looking forward to coming to Texas as well. Hopefully sometime next year?
I honestly hope this "new normal" thing is only temporarily, I don't think we can keep the distance thing up forever..
