Diner Men~Luke/Jess Appreciation #1 Because Luke believed in him when no one else did
 Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread about these two Gilmore Girls characters, because I love their relationship. I would love if other fans of this show would agree with me in saying that Luke and Jess have a friendship that has grown throughout the years, and now have ended up in a great place.I would love it, if we could have a fan list, so please feel free to share your thoughts, and contribute! The thing I like about this relationship is that times were sometimes ugly, yet somehow they always stuck with each other. Jess confided in Luke about his "I Love You" to Rory and Jess had always known that Luke loved Lorelai. Luke let Jess come back even after he left to New York. Everyone told Luke he couldn't take care of a kid, but even then Luke trusted Jess. He wanted to make sure Jess graduated and so he had some ground for a future. They really are like father and son. can I be added? Luke&Jess added such a great dynamic to the show, I much preferred that storyline over the new Luke/Anna one

Oh awesome, a Luke & Jess thread! Please add me to the list. I loved all the Luke & Jess stuff that we had on the show. They always cracked me up.
Haha one of my favorite Luke/Jess scenes is the classic Luke pushing Jess into the lake. Also the scene where Luke mocks Jess about getting "beaked" by the goose. And another is when Luke finally gets out of Jess that he is working at Wal-Mart. Such funny stuff! __________________

Add me to the list. DEFINATELY. I love the hug scene in "Last Weeks Fights, This Weeks Tights". And the freaking out about Rory/Jess in "Let The Games Begin". And, of course, the lake push-in in "Nick & Nora/Sid & Nancy". *sighs* Love it, love it, love it.
