Ok, how sad is this? I'm about to hit the big 500, and I was really excited about it because I'd finally be able to use a pretty pretty personal avatar. But I tried to save one and the explorer just froze. Because this computer's stupid. So now I have to wait till I'm back in Germany to have an avatar. It's only one week, but still [img]smilies/tongue.gif[/img]

Btw, Stephanie, you could also upload JJ avatars to that site [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

Here's my short story!

*~*~*~*~*

�Hey.� Lorelai said, as she walked into Luke�s diner.

She walked over to one of the stools that were available.

�Hey, what will you have today?� Luke said.

You. I�ll have you.

�My usual.�

�Coffee, right?�

She looked at him. He must be joking.

�How long have you known me?� She asked, giving him another look.

�Maybe about 4 years.�

�I come in here every morning, right?�

�Yeah.�

�What do I drink when I come in here every morning?�

�Coffee.� He simply said.

�You asked me if my usual was coffee!�

�I was just asking!�

They talked over each other for a couple of minutes.

Everyone in the diner stared at them.

They both got quiet and looked around.

Luke sighed. Lorelai looked down at the floor, in embarrassment.

�Coffee to go, please.�

Ok so I got nothing but positive responses on the web site so I�m gonna get it a try. Since it is a site for the thread I�d like to have as much input from you guys as possible. I have a few questions.

Any ideas for the name of the site?

Anyone want to make a banner for the site?

Do you have any ideas on how the layout should be (or even better would you make a template layout?)

And last but not least:

Anyone want to help me with the basic updating and adding to the site?

Yeah. It�s the name for about 4 JJ sites now. It�s way over used.

About that 'Rachel coming back' fic, at first I thought it was one that someone had written all themself, and then when I hit a part that I remembered writing I realized it was a mini-fic, lol. And it's weird sometimes reading those things because I know lots of times that I probably wrote parts of it but I don't recognize them. Anyway, my eyes are hurting from reading now. I was just on for 'a minute' and I wound up missing a show and reading the whole thing! I'll have to finish reading the current mini-fic later on.

I know it seems like everyones posting there fic's and what not - but what can I say? I'm a follower. A sheep, if you will. (I doubt anyone will get that...)

My Fic.

"I can't do this Lorelai. I just...it's to much. I didn't mean-"

Suddenly he felt the soft touch of her hand on his cheek and his words faded away. Something inside him cracked as he lifted his head and her fierce blue eyes connected with his. Everything seemed so...perfect. As he moved his hands to her hips, he took a step closer not just to her, but to everything he had been searching for. This was his moment, and he swore to himself that when it came, he wasn't going to take it for granted.

Pressing his lips against hers, he felt her energy pour into his body and make his heart race with anticipation.

He smiled.

"Ok seriously, what could be funny at this moment?" Lorelai asked, pulling away.

Luke grinned and pulled her in closer, "Nothing."

"Then why are you smiling?"

"I can't help it."

Lorelai rolled her eyes and kissed him again. Registering his earlier confession, she quickly stopped and backed away.

Luke stepped forward, "What's wrong?"

"Did you mean that?"

"What?"

Lorelai frowned, "What you said earlier, did you mean it?"

Remembering his rant, he sighed and dragged his hands down his face. This wasn't the way any of this was supposed to happen. But this was the way it did happen, and right now she needed an answer. A solid, adult answer.

Luke nodded and waited for her to seal his fate. The seconds went by like hours as he waited for Lorelai's reaction.

She smiled, "Good. Because I love you too."
