Word, Rory's dress is absolutely gorgeous. Her hair isn't too bad, either.

Am I the only one who missed the episode because I foolishly assumed that the WB would have the good sense not to air a new epi. during teh fricken elections? I know I should have checked last night...but still. That was a bad call.

And yes, I am bitter. Because this epi. looked interesting.

I love Rory's dress! Her hair was very nice.

I thought this eppie kind of rushed. I mean... everything was coming out... Lane & Zach, Luke & parents, Rory & Logan.

I really love R/L! They are too cute.

Next week looks great!

Also, not enough LG in this eppie!

I thought that the episode was good, at first. But as Emily and Richard became snootier and snootier, I only got more frusturated. I hate that they think he's not good enough for her. I think it'll bring up a later conversation where Lorelai will talk about how great he really is for her. At least I hope so.

I thought that Zach and Lane were really cute! I like that.

And I really liked the R/L scenes. I thought the club was really intresting, and I love R/L together. I hope Dean is gone. Soon.

L/L were cute. We got a honey and a babe. So life's okay but not kissing, so, I don't know. We need SOMETHING ASP! Something!

I loved this episode. Rory looked great the whole hour, especially in the dress.

Yeah, but I expected that so I wasn't upset or anything. That's Emily and Richard.

Yeah Emily and Richard were kind of snobbish and down right rude.

Something doesn't feel right about Emily and Richard's disapproval of Luke. Wasn't there an episode in the first or second season where Luke and Lorelai go to the hospital, and Emily asks them if they're dating? When they say no, doesn't she mutter something about them being fools? I swear I remember this, its not the brown acid!

I agree. Not really surprised Emily and Richard want Lorelai to do better. Neither of them has really changed since the first season, though I'm intrigued by the sudden strategy-reversal. In the past, Richard rejected Dean as Rory's boyfriend because he wasn't good enough and Emily was the one pushing for him to reconcile with Rory so as not to lose touch with her. In this case, Richard is the one who's taking steps toward supporting Lorelai (indirectly) instead of going for the alienation route.

The secret society scenes were, on the whole, pretty lame. So much for a "thrilling and dangerous stunt".

I loved Lane and Zack's first date. He so should have taken her out, but she's such a sweetie not to make him. His nervousness was cute given his typical Rico Suave shtick.

I think Emily was saying they were fools because their attraction to one another was obvious to her, but neither of them seemed to be acting on it.
