hmm i guess they put coconut and panko before frying them. i use them on fish as crust all the time.

i looked up the menu online but no luck

i don't think the complete menu was made available.

so I belong to this Schitt's Creek Facebook fan for obsessed fans and I asked if anyone had a copy of the menu's that I could see and sure enough they did and sent me pictures of them.
