| "What Love Is" is to be released on DVD, FINALLY I was in Blockbuster this morning and just by chance asked the guy there if he knew anything about "What Love Is" and if it was going to be released soon. He looked it up on his computer and said that it was coming out on April 1st, in 3 weeks. Wow, only 53 1/2 weeks after it was released to the theaters. I already pre ordered a copy of it. Also, did any of you see the Ebay ad for "Pizza My Heart" that was on the top of some of these topics today? There is an auction going on for a promotional copy of the DVD that ends today at 8:30 Pacific Daylight Time. The bidding started at 9.95 and is up to $23.50 the last time I checked a little while ago. I put the first bid in on it, but was soon outbid.  I would love to buy it but since I just had to pay $1000 to get my car fixed last week I'm a little short of cash for a couple of more weeks.  | |||

| Pizza My Heart Mr G, there wasn't any description of extras on the promo DVD. This was the description provided by the seller: Up for sale is a rare promotional DVD for the film Pizza My Heart. Starring Eyal Podell doing a cute Jersey accent and Shiri Appleby as his Juliet, in this modern Romeo and Juliet romantic comedy set in modern day New Jersey. The DVD is used and originaly distributed screener for critics and others. Usually these are destroyed or erased. It is recorded on DVD-R format and contains the full 90 minutes of this film from beginning to end. It does have a subtitle on the bottom of the screen, listing it as a promotional DVD, but the film otherwise is in full DVD quality. It has been tested to be fully functional. Region One North American compatible. Shipping is by USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation at $3.50. Satisfaction guarenteed. The DVD finally sold for $41.05. | |||

| I hate to be a Debi Downer, but I got the chance to see this movie online, and it sucked out loud. Shiri wasn't even in the first half of the movie, and I fastforwarded a lot. Very, very disappointing. Shiri's part is pretty small, and she looked lovely and had a nice scene with Cuba - but overall it was just a very boring and, to me, extremely offensive. Chock full of foul language, every other word seemed to be the F word, and that 'stripper scene' was gratuitous and just stupid.  Wouldn't be surprised if the script was written by a couple of hormone driven 14 year old boys. The women's discussion of their sexual exploits were obviously some guy's fantasy. I was surprised that Cuba, Shiri or Anne Heche, Gina Gershon (sp?) would be a part of this dreck. They must have all lost a bet. I give it an H for horrid. | |||

| I have yet to see the movie so I can't commit on if it's good or not. If it is that bad at least we get to see Shiri in another move. It will still be nice to add it to my collection. | LOL, I'm not trying to be mean - and if you are a Shiri movie collector, don't let my opinion stop you. But otherwise, I'd recommend renting it before purchasing.  | |||
