I agree, especially considering what she was going through with Max, she needed someone there for her and at the same time Maria needed Liz too.

The only time I saw were not in tune was at Alex´s death but it was understandable, everyone took it differently.

That was understandable
Maria wasn't ready to see what Liz saw, but eventually she accepted it. Alex's death was hard enough but to then find out he was killed (especially by Tess) was even harder.__________________
