Maybe you can try second hand stores or thrift shops? You can usually find lamps at a cheaper price in these stores and who knows you may find the one you are looking for.

But other than this suggestion I have no idea where you potentially find the same lamp from the movie.

You actually can watch it dear. I'm watching part 1 now. You'll have to install the program "Hotspot Shield". This program will give you an US ip address, besides your current one. This way you can watch videos that are only viewable for US citizens. I also use this to watch videos on Sidereel and Hulu

You should definitely try it out. Off watching Unstable

eta: Wow, Shiri looks kinda old in the movie and she's supposed to be 26 years old in there
