| Yes, the Sox are winnning. They have to play the Yanks the last week of the season.  I saw an entertaining movie but it is in French so I'm not sure if anyone here would like it. Called La Fille Coupee en Deux it is a menage a trois with a twist. It stars Ludivine Sagnier who was the French girl in "Swimming Pool". | Thanks for the info Mr G. Last night I watched the woman’s US open final and Mad Men. Williams kicked butt last night. Now let’s see what Federer can do tonight or if the underdog will prevail. I was hoping for a Federer Nadal rematch but it did not happen. Mad Men was so good last night. If any of you don't watch mad men I highly recommend you start watching it. Shiri would be great on that show. I would love to see her in a role that completely transforms her to a new decade. | Weird thing happened to me last weekend. I was wondering why my dehumidifier was filling so quickly – like two gallons an hour. It keeps on like that for a few days when I noticed the window next to the dehumidifier was open. I was essentially trying to dehumidify the whole world. | I know I am a few days late but I just wanted to share this video of New York New York by Ryan Adams as a tribute to 911. I find it sad that MTV never played a Ryan Adams video until this one came out and has never played one since. This video always brings a tear to my eye. It’s scary how this video was shot 4 days before 911 and has the twin towers in the background while Ryan sings "I'll always love you New York, New York, New York". | I love baseball (played it a lot in my youth). Football fills the winter days when you can't spend a lot of time outside (prevents cabin fever ) I like to watch hockey but only live. I don't like basketball - I can't bounce the ball and walk at the same time My Little League team once actually made it to the regional finals in SoCal. I played in outfield and loved to watch the birds fly by. I do watch some football just not as much as Baseball. As bad as the Yankees are I am still watching. I may be young but I did not join the bandwagon in 96. I have been watching my whole life. When I was about ten or so my mom’s boyfriend used to know a bunch of players on the Jets. I used to go to games and hang out with them. I have lots of photos. None of the guys we knew were hall of fame players but it was still cool. There is nothing like seeing a hockey game live. Plus they sell cheap seats unlike other sporting events. I used to also play hockey when I was little but I gave it up as fast I took it up. All I wanted to do was skate around once I had to get up at 5 AM I quit. The only sport I played all throughout school was wrestling. Being a wrestler got me in the best shape of my life.
