They were very hot in S3, but it wasn't the same Max/Liz. A lot of the things that made up the essence of the pairing were either forgotten or lost.

i could see the original M&L again and how they're soulmates connected into a way that transcended everything

i also love small things like the scene in Michael the guys and.. where they fly in the desert at night

or her letter that Max was reading in the same episode
soo sweet

in season 3 i could see their relationship more mature, i could see more shadings of their relationship and their passion but i loved when i could see the "innocent and sweet" side too.

After nearly 2 seasons without chemistry,I could finally see Jason's&Shiri's chemistry come back at the last epis of the third season.This kiss is a proof of it.I could see again,with some differences of course,the Max & Liz who made the TV sparkle
