Yeah I think scam is the best word for it. It's really hard to believe they started out arguing so much and became such great friends.

Yes! I saw so glad Katara and Toph moved past it quickly and got along throughout the rest of the series pretty much.

I was also happy that Katara wasn't too upset about Toph not really being a girlie girl. There was like one little hint about it but it wasn't a big deal.

Oh yeah for sure! She didn't seem to mind at all once she got used to who Toph was

They still had some more "girlie" moments together now and then.
