it was like 7 years ago so i don't really remember anything exactly

s1 primarily focused on lucy's feelings for mina. mina loved her like a friend, yes, and maybe in later seasons the writers could have written an evolution of her feelings. but in s1 mina was just in a love triangle with jonathan and dracula, so. like the potential was totally there for future seasons, but in s1 there weren't any romantic hints from mina towards lucy.
