I usually truly dislike Icicle but I am a bit of a fan of this version... I just like the way Neil portrays him. lol

He has a somewhat understandable motivation for what he's doing. He's cruel and lost most empathy, but he's seeking revenge for the corrupt industries/politics that led to the death of his wife and he loves his son.
The dragon king on the other hand is a sadistic war criminal who has no love for his daughter, she's just a weapon and tool for him. __________________
