So like there are no pics of her dad

I just don't think Starman was her dad.

Courtney had a necklace around her neck in the pilot ep I think it was that she showed pat of who her dad was. and the photo was not of starman. I forget the name Courtney said her real dad's name was but it wasn't the name of stamen's real identity .

That is true, but the pic in the necklace was blurry, but he certainly resembled starman, so it's hard to tell.

So maybe it's not him after all, or pat didn't look well at the pic bc he's scared it could be true, maybe he was hoping to not encourage her to become a new starman, by telling her it was definitely not starman on that pic.

Pretty good episode.
I felt so bad for Beth, she wanted to fit in and be a part of the new JSA right from the beginning but Courtney and Yolanda were over there acting like the mean girls.
I understood their reaction however I don't see what Beth did is any different than what Courtney has done... following these people and trying to recruit them to her team when they don't want to be bothered with. lol I do admit that Beth would sort of get on my nerves as well. lol I just liked with her that she wanted to be a superhero and it wasn't forced upon her or anything. I would've enjoyed a backstory with her although it seems her background is probably too happy for a flashbacks? Since she mentioned how she never lied to her parents and everything...we'll see. lol

The backstory for Rick Harris aka Tyler was pretty amazing yet so sad that his parents had to leave him when he was young to protect his identity. They did it for good reason however I can't imagine how Rick grew up... by an Uncle who really was forced into raising him and believing his parents just abandoned him for no reason.
I love that the Hourman necklace was very much tied to blood relation! I prefer that actually, it makes it a bit more significant to me.

I liked Rick's reaction to everything and in the end he decided to join in.

It seems like some objects are related to blood. Also the staff if starman was really courtney's father.

Good episode, recruitment by teens isnt ideal , firstly Beth so sweet but man try to work your way better she is to much at times so sweet but read the room . I'm glad she has the googles they are so cool .

Rick sas story lots of anger issues , will be an issue later on but hopefully he will try and trust someone , I like the scene with him and Pat would be nice if those two bonded over stuff. Rick uncle is a ass what a horrible person man . .

Solomon Grundy input was nice to .

I feel sorry for Pat he is trying to keep her safe but she doesn't listen man
