My question is... how did he mask his voice? Like made his voice sound so different when he was in disguise and kidnapped Lois.

I was just watching the eps in s3 where he kidnapped Lois.
That acting though is superb.

^ Lex was a mess however I felt more of an actual threat of a villain compared to how he was during season 1.

Yeah it did seem like he was more intense and threatening in his guest appearances.
I did like his facial expressions though in s1 when he was trying to test Clark (or well, Superman) to see what all he could do.

Yeah

I think the s3 son was interested in her, but mostly wanted those names from her.
But the one in s4 seemed more invested in her. Like he wanted to be with her.

I don't think Lex would approve.
