Yeah and that's why they cast John Shea
 They wanted someone who was handsome and that could get the affections of Lois Lane.He was indeed very possessive and obsessively in love with her. It did make for interesting stories though I suppose. __________________

I think it was an interesting spin on things. To make him handsome and going after Lois too.
Though they did do that homage by making him temporarily bald after he came back from the dead. __________________

I agree. And this Lex was pretty interesting. He kept them on their toes  While he was around anyway.Glad he was still mentioned in s4 too. __________________

He's probably my least favorite version of Lex Luthor but for some reason I did like the way he was written when he was a guest star... I felt he was written as a more serious foe.

 And yeah he did seem more of a threat in the seasons he guest starred in. I'm still surprised though Lex jumped off a building to his death. And then later was going to do suicide again since he didn't wanna be taken in. I'm like.. I didn't think he'd do all that. __________________
