Personally, I‘ve always loved that it was mostly Clark and the Daily Planet crew (Perry, Jimmy, Jack) who took down Lex in the finale, and not Superman. The power of the press.

It’s too bad Lois wasn’t really in a position to help. But she knew where her heart really was. With the people she loved and not with the man who had manipulated her.

I definitely remember Jack, it did feel like he was going to stick around for a bit and than the character disappeared. lol

Yeah he did disappear didn't he.. that seems to be a thing that happens.

But I think he faded into the background. Like he was probably still working at the Planet, but then wasn't shown.

I'm not sure. It was basically the same as Cat or what? They both disappear after this season? I know she did. But I can't remember if this was the only season you saw Jack?

^ He wasn't which again was odd... don't think he was even mentioned but I felt they were going to keep showing him since after his first episode he kept appearing and was even in the season 1 finale I believe... so I don't get it...

I wasn't sure about him the first time we saw him, but then he did turn out to be a better character later

^ I felt the same thing, I think I just got use to him and then bam he wasn't there anymore. lol

I am filling out the season 1 form based on my MEMORY! so whenver I re-watch this, I am sure a lot of my opinions will change. lol

⇾ Favorite Character(s): Clark Kent............. you can add Lois, Jimmy, Perry to the list. lol I loved all the characters but I think my #1 for season 1 was Clark.
⇾ Favorite Couple(s): Lois & Clark
⇾ Favorite Friendship(s): Lois & Jimmy, Jimmy & Perry, Clark & Perry... all these friendships are awesome. lol
⇾ Favorite guest/recurring character(s): Probably Jack, and the one appearance from Bo Jackson was hilarious. lol
⇾ Favorite episode For some reason I've always been obsessed with ""Honeymoon in Metropolis"... it's just something so perfect about the episode for me.
⇾ FAV storyline (or episode arc): As odd as this sounds, I loved the storyline of the Daily Planet getting destroyed and Lex having to save it by buying it which of course made Clark upset because he never wanted to work for a man like Lex Luthor and it brought some amazing angst for Clark and Lois ... it was great television.
⇾ LEAST Character(s): Lex Luthor
⇾ LEAST Favorite Ship(s): Lex/Lois
⇾ LEAST favorite recurring/guest star: Linda King,
⇾ LEAST favorite storyline: Any storyline where I had to suffer through Lex/Lois... so Lois accepting Lex proposal would be the least favorite storyline.
⇾ Least favorite episode: Smart Kids, couldn't stand those kids as much as Lois. lol
⇾ Favorite rivalry: Cat vs Lois
⇾ Story that had potential but was dropped suddenly? I felt the Lucy and Jimmy thing could've went somewhere but no continuation and we no longer saw Lucy so that was a waste....
⇾ Anything Else: Michael Landes was awesome as Jimmy! Loved seeing his version. Cat Grant should've gotten better closure.
⇾ Scale 1-10 how do you rank this season: A solid 8, I felt this season did a lot of great things to set this series a part and it showed how light of a show it would be. It could be a 9 as well but I'll just give it a 8!

Also we did see Lucy later, but it was a different actress. (I think she was in s2?)
They apparently re-casted Lois' entire family from the ones who played in s1.

Now I need to fill it out already too

Oh nice reminder on Lucy but the Lucy/Jimmy stuff could've gotten explored a bit more.

Your individual season discussion threads gave me the idea to do the same thing on the Psych board.

It only makes sense to do it that way on an old show board when there are no new episodes.
