Haha, yes. I just think to myself, "Oh, gratuitous nudity!" Although, I'd rather see Tag's behind than Dennis Franz's on NYPD Blue. Wasn't he showing his butt onscreen sometime in the '90s too?

Last night I watched 1x12, "Luck of the Draw." Deb was introduced in this episode, and she proceeds to accidentally shock Carter with the paddles. LOL. Other funny moments included Dr. Greene's complete mangling of the Spanish language. I really enjoyed how the light-hearted moments were actually light. I feel like the humor got a bit darker as the series went along - as did the lighting on the set.

And man, Doug's main story with a father who signed a DNR so his brain damaged son might die...it just felt so real. They kind of build the Dad up as a distant a-hole in the beginning, but when he breaks down at the end, Doug and the audience can feel his pain. So well done.

The final sequence includes all of the main characters getting together at Doc Magoo's. Again, a light moment that feels so natural, and makes the characters seem like real people.

My heart breaks for that one I also feel so sorry for Susan watching everyone from outside in the end

Yeah, it was really a bittersweet ending given Susan's situation. Storytelling-wise, though, I think that was a pretty good little arc because it created a natural personal-professional tension between two friends. That kind of tension was something ER really excelled at, especially after Kerry showed up.

Haha, the funny thing about the nudity in ER is that it just kind of pops up when you aren't expecting it. I think this was also the episode where they clearly showed a baby boy's privates when Doug was examining him. The baby also peed in Carter's face. Haha!

4x02 is another episode where nudity is shown. Kerry enters Dr. Morgenstern's room in the ER, and she sees him lying on his stomach whith his head down searching for a "remote" kind of thing on the floor, lol.

I saw Exodus from S4 & Vanishing Act from S5 last night.

getting to know you from S5. love the beginning of mark & elizabeth, and they had their first kiss in this episode, with a lovely background setting

also loved when mark & elizabeth walked in on carol performing an ultrasound on herself.

2x08 The Secret Sharer, the incest case plus Shep being the jerk he is by 1) being completely insensitive about the suicidal girl until finding out Carol did the same thing 2) ruining her roof and 3) dustracting both me and Mateus from the actual dialogue going on with his creepy mustache, or whatever that thing is called
