One of my favourite episodes. I like the contrast between the kid in the pipe and the injured girl in the ER. But I knew something was up the moment she gave the necklace to Harper. You're not supposed to do that , it only means impending doom and death

I remember reading somewhere that this episode was not only nominated for two emmys, but that it also holds the title for most-watched ER episode ever.
It's cool, if you go on the NBC studio tour, they show you the dugout where they filmed the rescue. At least they did 6 years ago... |

Really? That's so cool.
This is one of the most loved episodes ever. And George is so awesome in it, every time I watch this it gives me shivers. Doug has many flaws, but there's really no other doctor so committed to his patients as he is to kids. __________________

This is probably one of his finest ER performances and was really a defining moment when it came to the Doug Ross character. Loves.

In my opinion, this episode is the one that started Doug on the road to growing up.
It was fantastic, too. Wonderful writing and flawless execution. __________________

This is one of my favourite (Doug)episodes. This episode is exciting till the end...when I saw it the first time, I was really nervous, I really hoped for Doug that he could save this child's life.
And the beginning was funny, when he was in that private practice with the two girls __________________

It's the "big shots to little girls scene", right? __________________

Unsticking this to make room for the new episode discussion thread. Feel free to continue discussing this one here, though.

A random moment, I know, but I loved it when Carter is escorting Molly's parents out of the hospital and the reports mistake them for Ben's parents. I love it when Carter tips the camera down and gets silently furious.

This must be one of the ER episodes I remember best. Maybe it's because I hate to see when people are in danger of drowning I felt so sorry for that poor kid, but Doug did an awesome job, as well as George playing in the episode
