Love love love love love that episode, although it is Susan's last episode before she came back in season 8.

Loved the wedding scene with Lydia and Grabarsky (and I saw on the season 3 DVDs - on the extras - that this is her real life husband too

). Man, the looks Susan shared with Mark there...

They were planning a wonderful farewell party for Susan, but then everything was so hectic. It was great that Susan went around in the ER, saying her silent good-byes.

I cried so much when she left. When she said I love you to Mark. I really wished she would stay...I missed her in the next seasons.

This episode is very bittersweet IMO .... I love Lydia's wedding

and Mark finally tells Susan how he feels, but it's too late

If only she could've stayed...

OMG I just watched the episode yesterday.

One of my all-time faves.

The run at the station... everytime I watch it I somehow hope Susan will decide to stay.

PS: it's episode 3x08, not 3x18, the title should be fixed.

And Lydia's wedding was one of the best non-traditional ones the show has had.

Hee. Lydia's wedding was fabulous. Although she looked a little weird in that dress. So used to seeing her in scrubs, lol. It was a sweet moment in the midst of it all though. I particularly liked the shots/glances between Mark & Susan and Doug & Carol

No worries. It's an easy fix, lol.
