Well, are you a sci-fi fan? I think it's mostly sci-fi fans who probably would love this show. However, I never considered myself a sci-fi fan but I love the show because it's different. I don't often watch a TV show or movie where they have a town or a huge place trapped in one place because of something of unknown origins. Really, I enjoy seeing something we don't see every day. I guess that's why I enjoy watching shows from the British because it's a different culture and interesting to me and I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter and his wizarding world is interesting and different to me.

In "Under The Dome," there's a lot of suspense and mysteries, which is what I love and people working together in a community trying to figure out the purpose of the dome and working on how to survive with limited resources in a world that has evolved to new technology like there's no internet connection (until this past week temporarily if you saw the episode). I had no idea how much I really would enjoy this show until I found myself compulsively watching Season 1 online in only 2-3 days.

Anyway, Sherry appeared again this past week and I hope she will again tomorrow. Sometimes this show drives me crazy because they get you started on something then you wonder what will happen but you won't find out for probably weeks! lol. The dome came down on the pilot episode of Season 1 where no one knew for sure why it's there. It's Season 2 with Episode 4 coming up and we still have no idea! Sherry was on this past week and along with her, some other characters started up an interesting mystery, which I'm dying to know what really happened. I'm trying not to reveal too much in case anyone here hasn't seen it yet. I know Stephen is traveling and wants to wait til the end of the season to watch it all.

Again, I don't know if Sherry will be on tomorrow but I know she'll be on in Episode 10 (if you missed it, Eriq La Salle tweeted that he directed Sherry in that episode) and I just read a local article for North Carolina saying that she and Dean Norris will definitely be in NC, filming the season finale. Apparently, some episodes have already been filmed weeks before now. So we know she'll be on Episode 10 and the Season Finale.

I loved The X-Files and Fringe, but that's as far as my sci-fi loves goes Then again, what makes me like a show is not the genre itself, it's the characters and their development

Ditto. I love Buffy and Angel, but I could take-or-leave 99% of other 'sci-fi' or 'fantasy' shows. There is no real common thread in the type of show that I like. It just has not to feature Katherine Heigl having sex with the cancer-induced hallucination of her dead fiancée.
