| From what I hear a lot of actors are not going to cross the picket line to attend any award shows like the golden globes or the oscars while the strike is going on. They are standing behind the writers. I admire David Letterman, whose production company made a deal with the writers guild so he could get his writers back to work and not be crossing the picket lines. He and Craig Ferguson's show, which is apart of the same production company, will have better material than the other talk shows that are going on without their writers and I have a feeling it will show in their ratings as compared to the others. From my impressions, it seems like Shane is the type of actor that appreciates his fans. If he didn't, I don't think he would make his myspace page as accessible to the public as he does I have a feeling once this strike is over, he will be open to coming back. I think he and Mindi both seem to be fans of their characters relationship on the show. From interviews they have both given, especially Mindi, I got the impression that she liked working with Shane and that she wanted him to come back to the show. __________________ My nephew, Joshua Hayden Spencer, born June 19th at 5 pounds 12 ounces | |||

| It is so exciting to see our card on his page. I think he must really be proud of that character. He's great to his fans, that's for sure!!! |  He does seem to appreciate his fans and their enthusiasm for the character and the Roomies ship. I do hope that things work out to allow for him to return. | Wow, I'm still grinning like an idiot from seeing the card on Shane's Myspace yesterday.  What a great way to end what was generally a dismal year for the Roomies.
