This thread is devoted to the pairing of Neela Rasgotra and Ray Barnett. Neela is a smart, by-the-book girl, and Ray is a doctor, in a rock-band boy's body. Both met in season 11 and the hints and sparks have been flying since. From the first casual flirt, to the snowballs thrown, to the invitation to become roommates, these two are meant to be. And this is just the beginning of their story.

I've been at the spoiler thread. There's nothing new since this afternoon, when I posted the November sweeps bit from TV Guide. I don't think anything is very bad news so far. The season is working out pretty much like I expected. There's more discussion over at the Ray/Neela LJ community:

WOW! New thread!! Its awsome!! Just read the spoilers at the LJ community and for the 1st time, i really feel optimistic about them in coming season. I guess ur optimism is really contagious Ash!

Btw, can we still vote in that poll at NBC.com?

The poll on NBC.com is still open, so go over there and put your vote in. So far Ray is ahead of Gates, 33 to 4. The lead has increased to almost 30 votes, with the precentages at not quite 90% to 10%, so please go over there and make your vote heard.
