Dale Edson

Carter's surgical rival in Season 3. He was such a spoiled brat and always got in Carter's face. Plus, when Carter switched to the ER in Season 4, Dale lorded over him.

I can honestly say I have never met a Cleo fan nor heard anyone mention a favourite ER moment which featured Cleo. I forget that she was on the show for over 2 seasons. It feels like she was in like 3 episodes!

Part of the problem was 6 new people were added that season so Cleo, like Malucci, never got developed.

A HUGE Clooney-shaped hole at that, Of all the "Doug stand-ins" (aka all those new cast members), the only one who lasted long was Luka.

MAYBE when I watch all of the later seasons in order I'll dislike her less (I can't say I'll like her more, lol), but for now from the much I've seen of her, just ugh

She was a good character when she wasn't bogged down by relationship drama. There was a really moving scene when she finally sends Alex to some sort of boarding school because his behaviour had gotten so out of control, and as he calls out to her begging for her to come back, we see how she keeps walking away while tears roll down her face.
