Hey..where's the thread title quote from? Nice.
 I know a lot of people are trying to use Alex's disappearance as a nail in the coffin of these two but having just watched the finale again... I'm convinced that the entire thing will force Luka to open up and talk to Sam which is after all the only major bump in the road of them. There's never been a doubt that they love each other IMO just a trust issue..Luka finds it hard to trust not just Sam but himself..because if he opens up that part of his life again. It's Can. Worms. Everywhere and you have to deal with it..not hide it away. Ditto Sam needs to trust that she won't be messed over again and that having another child at some point doesn't need to bring back the feeling of being alone or abandoned as she did when she had Alex. Both of them have to give in. I think when they're faced with the prospect of loss again (Alex) this will force them to face their separate fears and turn to one another like they've been shying away from until now...to show the other understanding..and just as importantly...why they understand...because they've both been there before. Well..I hope TPTB agree with me..  __________________

ITA, by the way. The only thing that will break them up is if one of the actors doesn't renew a contract. And since I Goran and Linda, I really don't want that to be the case......__________________

Well Goran's definitely contracted through season 12 & 14..I saw that in his tv interview last week. I can't imagine Linda being still relatively new and bound by contract differs much from that so I would hope it's safe
