ER - ER "Who's Missing?" Game #1

Hi

So I PM'd a few of you about this game and I got a positive reaction, so here it is.

The game is very simple: I post a screencap from an episode of ER with one or more characters covered up with question marks, and someone has to guess who's missing. The person who guesses correctly can provide the next screencap, but if you aren't able to do that, feel free to PM me with any screencap you want and I'll make it for you.
