Hello Fellow ER fans!

Was wondering if any of you could help me. I recently bought the ER season 1 box set (region 2 but shouldn't make a difference) and am unable to find the "First year Interns handbook" that is advertised as one of the special features/bonus'. Could someone who also has the set please tell me if this is on one of the discs or is it an actual paper handbook. I know it sounds silly but I can't find it on any of the discs and the only other thing I have is the episode guide.

On my DVD its listed with all the other special features, which is on the last disc and its the last one listed. PM me if you still have problems
