What bad movie do you shamelessly admit to liking? There was a movie out about 10 years ago called The Stupids. The movie lives up to its title, but there is a song in it that always has me in stitches. I'm my own granpa + lyrics - YouTube

What topic currently in world news does not interest you at all? Well, I'm not that interested on the EMU dept crisis.
Which type of currency is used in your country? We use the euros.

What is the scariest thing you have ever seen in real life? lol this is kind of weird, but when I was in high school someone dressed up as a a rabbit (like the easter bunny, full head and everything), ran my door bell then stood outside on my front lawn and looked into my front window, all I could think about was 'donnie darko' and it scared the heck out of me

What's your favorite thread to post on? At the minute, this on.
How did you find Fanforum? Through a friend on fanfiction.net. I think I Googled her username to see if she had any stories on other sites, and she had the same username here so I clicked on the site and the rest is history.
Coolest place you've visited so far? While I was in Australia, I got to visit the sand dunes where they shot one of the Star Wars movies. There were camels and everything. So bizarre/cool. Plus being on top of the Eiffel Tower was fun.

What is the last movie you watched? I think it was Jackie Brown. I liked it!
How old were you when you first started going online? Umm... Must've been about 11 or 12.
What is one piece of modern technology that you don't like/get? I don't know... I don't really get these e-books. Haven't actually tried one, don't know if I'd like it.

I'm seeing a lot of people posting this question on Facebook/Twitter/Tumblr, so I thought it might be fun to post here: What are your top 12 for 2012? That means, which 12 things do you most hope to accomplish in 2012? I guess you don't have to give 12 if you don't want to. But I'm going to try...

1) Complete my MA with a high mark.
2) Secure a graduate job and/or an internship in the publishing field.
3) Travel internationally again.
4) Get my driver's license.
5) Get a car.
6) Do a successful job with a literary festival I am currently helping to plan.
7) Write more. Whether that be articles, copywriting, creative writing, or anything else I can think of.
8) Read for fun again!! Uni has pretty much made it impossible for me to find the time.
9) Move out of my parents' house (hopefully this intersects with 2 & 3).
10) Keep this board going strong!
11) Keeping a part-time job until the end of my MA. That's going to be a toughie.
12) Seeing happier times for my family.
