ER for Breakfast: TNT Syndication

Hi. I talked to Mely and she said I could start this thread.

Basically, I noticed TNT starting Thursday will start airing S1, so I figured I would start watching the show on a regular basis. Figured since all of you are obvious far ahead of the game, this thread would be for me and other posters who either want to discuss the beginning / or are seeing it for the first time.

That's about it:

Here's the schedule:
Quote:
Thursday, March 17
10:00AM ET And Baby Makes Two
11:00AM ET Days Like This

Friday, March 18
10:00AM ET Hell And High Water
11:00AM ET The Secret Sharer

Monday, March 21
10:00AM ET Home
11:00AM ET A Miracle Happens Here

Tuesday, March 22
10:00AM ET Dead Of Winter
11:00AM ET True Lies

Wednesday, March 23
10:00AM ET It's Not Easy Being Greene
11:00AM ET The Right Thing

Nice title I wish I could take part in the discussion, but we don't get TNT here. Nonetheless, have fun discussing!

Well ... you can since you've probably seen every episode of ER.

Glad to see a thread like this started! Though I no longer get TNT (moved to the UK this year) I have seasons 1 and 2 on DVD, so I can keep up with you that way.

ER on TNT is one of my favorite things! Stupidly though, I scheduled my classes for the morning, so I only get to see one episode on Friday out of the whole week. Times like this make me wish I had a TiVo, so I could record and then burn DVDs of all my favorite eps.

I'm really glad I finally got cable! I haven't seen the seasons before Abby came so I'll be watching them for the first time too!

Thank goodness for ER on TNT-- I spent the summer catching up with old episodes and still tape the two hours everyday because I love to see classics over and over again. Its fun to get excited over the same scenes and cry during the same episodes no matter how many times I've seen them.

Cool. Looks like we got a good bunch of people to talk about 'Old school ER.

TNT has been good to me. I've been taping "Charmed" in the mornings, and "Without a Trace" on Mondays.

That's what happened to me. I had watched season one (which I barely remembered because I was really young) and then didn't see anymore until season nine. I was so confused! TNT got me caught up on what had happened in the middle, and when I'm in the States I still try to catch it in the mornings! When I went home to visit my parents for Christmas, I started taping the episodes, so at their house there's a stack of tapes for seasons 6 and 7. I haven't seen any of 3-5 yet, though, so I'll have to leave your discussions for awhile (at least until season three comes out on DVD at the end of April).

Part-way through season six ("Great Expectations"), the episode where Carol has the twins.
