In the pic Chanie posted of him with a beard he doesn't look that bad, so it's got to be something the ER people do to him. Maybe it was the gross striped oxford shirt. Or the tie. Or the pants. I want him to dress cute! I wonder if we will get to see him in his panties?

Edit: Whoever asked about the hair .. I don't think she cut it because in the new brunette (!!) pics, it's hella long.
