I really liked how she wasn't the expected "lady" as a Queen, she truly was a warrior

And she ended things her way and didn't expect to be killed off during the attack. Seems like a fitting end for a warrior since she had to make sure that Ciri was on her way to safety (or so she thought)

I agree. I wasn't expecting it either, but it did make sense I suppose.
Though I would always like to see her in more flashbacks.
