Sometimes I wish I could go on meds for it, because sometime days I'm just so exhausted.

I have, I saw my primary care and also a neurologist. Was told I should wait until I’ve gone 6 months or more, with at least 5 days a week with bad insomnia, before coming back in to see about meds. They suggested something over the counter like Z quil for now. I’ve never tried it!

Good luck with over the counter where I would recommend melatonin

it doesn't do anything for me but that's cause my body is probably so use to my medication

I’m so stressed, my mom got my sister out to Oklahoma and she started crying and said she wanted to not only move back here, but live with us! So my dad and I are freaking out because we can’t handle her full time, my nephew, and all 4 dogs. It’s too much! But she said it will only be for 8 weeks, then she’s going to rent a house from a family friend here..I just want to cry because I feel like I can’t ever get any peace.

After our celebration is up, if you feel like you need a break

might be a good idea to take a LOA from

not sure what your other co-mods would say but I think you might need some time to deal with all this

No that’s ok, believe it or not but FF is my escape. I am just going to be polite and say, I need time to myself in my room each day. I’m sure with time we will develop a routine, but it will take some time. The holidays were just stressful and emotional, so was really hoping for a break. But I am going to start doing stuff for myself, time in my room or going for walks with my dogs. My mom and I can even go grab some lunch and eat in the park. We can just make time for ourselves, so we don’t go crazy.

How’s that going?
My mom and sister just got back home. They didn’t sleep all night, so they are probably going to sleep all afternoon. So hopefully they all get some rest, and I’ll maybe get a quiet afternoon.

Well starting Sunday he's going to be completely alone to see how he does

hope landlady works on some training during her 3.5 days off before going back ... just feel for the lil guy cause her shifts are

2 "afternoon" and 2 "day"

Sunday/Monday she does 2pm-8pm and Tuesday/Wednesday is 9am-2pm

For a bit she does want me to go up twice to take him out for bathroom

and first time probably to bring him out to play with him a bit
